Experience veterinary practice with Westpoint
We welcome enthusiastic hardworking students to see and experience practice with us. Listed below are the practices which you can apply to. It is important that you decide which location is most suitable for you and make your application directly to the Office Manager at that practice.
Due to the high demand from students for places we have implemented the following policy:
- Students must be in their clinical years of their veterinary degree (IE. Students should be in at least their 5th year at Cambridge or 4th year of the other UK vet schools). However, bookings can be made ahead of time.
- Students can only book a maximum of 2 weeks within an academic year. This is because we would like as many students as possible to experience our large animal practice.
- Please let us know well in advance if you decide to cancel otherwise you may stop another EMS student from seeing practice with us.
Due to high demand, our places fill out fast, so it is best to book early. For general enquiries please email email@example.com
