VetPartners is made up of some of the UK’s most respected and trusted small animal, equine, mixed and farm practices. This role will focus on our farm practices; including Westpoint Farm Vets, LLM Farm Vets, Garth Pig Vets, Clyde Veterinary Group and Parklands Veterinary Group. In addition, VetPartners has some of the UK’s leading production animal health businesses, including Biobest Laboratories, Kingshay Independent Dairy Specialists and Poultry Health Services.

This opportunity is 50% focused on Central Marketing (Leading central support and farm marketing for all of our farm practices) and 50% on the specific marketing of Westpoint Farm Vets’ practices. Proximity to Westpoint practice Headquarters near Horsham, in West Sussex, would allow office working, if desired, but the role could be carried out remotely. This enables a mix of local and group marketing and a deep understanding of practice life and needs, and allow central marketing that supports the overall group, leveraging local knowledge.
Supporting our farm veterinary practices you will advance client acquisition and retention, increase service adoption, and develop communication plans and toolkits (social media, digital communications, offline resources, meetings and events, collaboration with suppliers).
Working in close collaboration with regional leaders you will support specific practices, in particular for new sites, branding and service offerings.
You will lead communication to drive VetPartners awareness and appeal within the industry; to retain and recruit team members (in particular vets) and practices.
As Farm Marketing Manager you will work in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing teams (communication, creative and digital) and the Operations team. You will have the support of a Marketing Executive.
