Dr Tim Potter

Tim graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2003 and then went on to complete a farm animal residency. On completion of his residency he undertook a PhD, examining the use of antimicrobials in the treatment of calf pneumonia. Having completed his PhD, Tim joined Westpoint with a focus on youngstock health management and currently provides advice to calf rearing units across the UK. Tim is currently Clinical Director and Chair of Westpoint’s Clinical Governance Board. In 2011 Tim was part of the group which created the National Youngstock Association to help promote best practice in calf rearing.
